Read Vendor Invoice (A.I.)
Every vendor's invoice looks different, and typing one into a bill takes time. Now WJewel reads it for you. Start the bill as usual with the vendor, and click Read Vendor Invoice. Attach the vendor's PDF or a scan, or on a phone, just take a photo of the paper invoice. Any layout works. The A.I. finds the invoice number, dates, terms, charges and every line.
Checked, then filled in
Then WJewel checks it: the invoice is from this vendor, and the lines add up to the total. Look over the lines, and pick the group for any new style. Then click Fill the bill. The invoice number, dates, terms and charges are typed in, each one highlighted in yellow. Every line is on the bill, with its cost, retail price, category and metal. Check it against the invoice, and save as always. Nothing is saved until you do.
