Customer Portal for Jewelry Wholesalers and Manufacturers
The WJewel customer portal gives each of your accounts a window into what they have with you. A buyer signs in from any browser and sees their statement, what is still out on memo, which purchase orders have shipped and with what tracking number, and where their repairs stand, and pays by credit card — without calling your office.

Why a Portal for Your Accounts
Your office spends a good part of the day answering the same questions from accounts. Can you send me a statement? What do I still have on memo? Did my PO ship, and what is the tracking number? Which invoice was that repair billed on? Can you email me a copy? Every one of them is already in WJewel; the portal lets the account look it up for themselves, from the same live records your staff see.
Signing In with a Code, Not a Password
A buyer types the email address you have on file for the account, and WJewel emails them a six-digit code. The code works once and only for ten minutes, so there are no passwords to share around a buying office or reset. You can still give an account a login name and password of their own in WJewel.
They land on an account summary: the balance due and anything past due, what is on memo, open orders and open repairs, and their last payment, with the balance aged by 30, 60 and 90 days.
The Statement, Where Every Line Opens
The statement shows the open items, or every invoice, memo, payment, credit and return for the dates the account picks. Every line opens its document: an invoice with its lines, the payments and credits applied to it and any returns; a payment or credit with what it was applied to. Open invoices and payments not yet applied have a page of their own, and an Email me button sends the account a PDF copy of any invoice or memo.
Memos
Every memo, open or all of them, with its status: each line sent, returned, invoiced and still out, the invoices it was sold on and the returns against it. A separate page lists every open memo item at its memo price, so the account always knows what is in their safe and what they owe on it.
Purchase Orders and Shipments
Open orders, or all of them, with the order, ship and cancel dates, the quantity still open and the open amount. PO Status finds an order by your PO number or by the account’s own PO number, and shows each line ordered, shipped and still open, with every shipment’s tracking number and a link to the invoice or memo it shipped on.
Repairs
Open repairs, or all of them, each with its items — the job bag, the piece, the size and what is still open — and the invoices it was billed on, with tracking.
Paying by Card
On Make a Payment, the account pays by credit card. The card number goes into your card processor’s secure form and never reaches WJewel. The payment is recorded on the account for your staff to apply, and the account gets an email confirmation. You can also text or email a payment link from the account’s statement in WJewel, and the buyer pays in a few taps without signing in.
Only Their Own Account
An account sees only its own documents, at the prices you charged them; your cost, vendors and salespeople never appear. The portal works by billing account, so a head office sees every store you bill to it. Contact Us sends a message straight to your office’s email, with replies going to the buyer. It runs in the web browser of any phone, tablet or computer, with nothing to install.
Quick Answers
Do my accounts need a password?
No. They type the email address you have on file for the account, and WJewel emails them a six-digit code to sign in with. The code works once and only for ten minutes. You can also give an account a login name and password in WJewel.
We bill several stores to one head office. What does the head office see?
The portal works by billing account, so the head office sees the invoices, memos, purchase orders and repairs of every store billed to it.
Can an account see your cost or another account’s documents?
No. Every page shows only the signed-in account’s own documents, at the prices you charged them. Cost, vendors and salespeople never appear.
How do accounts pay?
By credit card, on the Make a Payment page or from a payment link you text or email them. The payment is recorded on the account for your staff to apply, and the account gets an email confirmation.
Can an account track a shipment?
Yes. PO Status lists each shipment against the order with its tracking number, and opens the invoice or memo it shipped on.
