Self check-in
WJewel now has a self check-in tablet for your counter. Customers check themselves in, fill in their own details for a repair, and sign for it on screen.
The repair counter today
At a busy repair counter, the customer waits while you type in their details, phone numbers and emails on file go out of date, and at pick-up, nobody remembers agreeing to the price.
A second screen
Self check-in adds a second screen at your counter. Yours works the way it always has, and the customer gets a tablet of their own. It greets each customer with four choices: drop off a repair, pick up a repair, make a payment, or a new purchase.
