What's included in the monthly price?
Your WJewel subscription includes the full POS, inventory, CRM, repairs, and reporting suite, plus unlimited training, unlimited support, and all product updates. No per-seat fees for standard users. QuickBooks, EDI, RFID, and e-commerce integrations are available as add-ons.
Is there a long-term contract?
No long-term contract. Pay annually and save, or pay month-to-month and cancel at any time.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes. We want you fully comfortable before you commit to using WJewel. Contact us for details.
Is training and support included, or is it extra?
Both are unlimited and included with every subscription. No hour caps, no premium support tiers, no extra invoices. We train live over Zoom, record sessions for your team, and have a library of training videos. Support runs 365 days a year via phone and email.
Are software updates included?
Yes. All software updates, new features, and security patches are included in your subscription at no extra cost. We release updates regularly — bug fixes, feature enhancements, and new integrations. Every customer gets everything — we don't gate new features behind paid tiers.
What does data migration from my old POS cost?
Basic data migration from common jewelry POS systems (The Edge, Jewelry Shopkeeper, JewelMate, Lightspeed, Business Mind, QuickBooks) is included with onboarding. Complex migrations — heavy repair/memo history, custom-format data, or backend pulls — may be quoted separately. We tell you upfront exactly what's involved.
Can I migrate from Jewel360, The Edge, or another jewelry POS?
Yes. We routinely migrate jewelers off Jewel360, The Edge, Jewelry Shopkeeper, JewelMate, Lightspeed, Business Mind, and QuickBooks POS. We import inventory, customer records, repair history, open transactions, and vendor data. If your current system blocks export, we can often pull data from the backend. Most migrations complete in 1 day to 2 weeks depending on volume.
Can I upgrade or add features later?
Yes. Start with the plan that fits today and add modules (RFID, EDI, e-commerce, multi-store, QuickBooks sync) whenever you need them. No re-onboarding — just turn it on.
What about hardware — is that included?
Hardware is priced separately. We can quote and supply POS terminals, receipt printers, tag printers, barcode scanners, RFID readers, and card processing — or you can source hardware yourself. Either way, we help you pick the right equipment for your store.
